Gelöschte Masse consists of five audio recordings from protests taken in Istanbul, Athens, Berlin, Madrid & New York. They have each been compressed by and inverted mp3 filter, which leaves only frequencies one does usually not hear, a very narrow band filter leaving only one frequency for each sample (this way, a five tone chord results) and a noise gate leaving only peaks of the protests. As all samples are erased by more then 90% and language becomes unintelligible the energy of the protests remains.
